REFUND POLICY – MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS

Thank you for subscribing to Viper Quarterly magazine. We value our readers and strive to ensure you are satisfied with your subscription. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for new annual subscriptions canceled within 14 days of purchase, provided no issues have been sent or delivered.

  • Renewals are non-refundable, but you may cancel future renewals at any time.

2. Partial Refunds

  • If you cancel after the 14-day period but before your subscription ends, you may receive a pro-rated refund for any undelivered print issues, minus a processing fee of $15.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to editor@viperquarterlymagazine.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Date (approximate) of purchase

  • Reason for cancellation

4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exceptions
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Gift subscriptions once activated

  • Special promotional or discounted subscriptions

  • Issues received as part of a free trial

6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.

REFUND POLICY FOR BOOKS AND OTHER MERCHANDISE

All books and merchandise are sold as-is. While merchandise is generally in new or like-new condition, most are out of print and the condition is best that’s available. There are no refunds for books and other merchandise purchased from Viper Quarterly. If product is damaged during shipping, please submit a photo showing the damaged product and shipping material to editor@viperquarterlymagazine.com. Damaged products may be replaced at our discretion.
